Membership Services Representative
FSAP (Foundation to Support Animals)
· Provide excellent service to members via correspondence and the
telephone
· Process and send members return donations correspondence for
incomplete checks or credit card donations for any other reason that a
banking institution is unable to process the funds
· Process checks and credit card charges as low as $1 to over 100K
using the ROI system
· Process monthly check request to pay Vendors
· Process and verified on the daily download report all charges and
check donations of our Vanguard members and scan information to the
California office
· Process acknowledgement cards to be mail to the donor and recipients
of special donation (i.e. in memory or honor of)
· Balance the donations entered to the batch totals provided by caging
· Process incoming donation for bank deposit via cash, credit card,
check or money orders and post donation to member accounts
· Process and mail acknowledgment letters
· Maintain updated member database and proved receipts for tax
purposes
· Keying white mail, credit card, house appeals, UWAY, major gifts,
bequest and vanguard donations of $500 and higher
· Purge bad address via NIXIE report
· Assist in training new employees.
Travel Agent
UPSTREAM
· Booked and provided assistance to traveler planning cruise vacations
aboard various cruise lines.
· Assisted with cost comparison on cruises with or without air
accommodations, pre/post hotel accommodations.
· Assistance passengers in reconciling problems with flight, cruise
accommodations (i.e. promotional items, onboard ship credits, applying
letter of credits)
· Provided passenger assistance air deviation, pre registering on
different cruise line website, email cruise and flight documentation.
· Working directly with Holland American, Disney, Oceania, Norwegian,
Carnival, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Princess, M.S.C. and
Orient cruise lines
· Booked cruised for Travelocity, AARP and Southwest cruises
Telecommunication Specialist/ Information Security System Officer,
Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area
Master Station, Norfolk, VA
· Provided technical assistance to assigned Base Level Communication
users at Naval Station Norfolk, Lafayette River Annex, Northwest Facilities
and NSA Compound users and process Telecommunication Service Request
submitted from tenant commands.
· Conducted on-site surveys and reviews of customer equipment (leased
and owned).
· Ensured telephone problems were handled and resolved in an
appropriate timely manner.
